Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and enabling data-driven decisions? Join Supply Chain Analytics Strategy & Continuous Improvement Department, where you will help optimize processes, deliver actionable insights, and enable data-driven decisions across LCBO's supply chain.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Analytics, you will:
•    Analyze and enhance supply chain processes across inventory optimization, wholesale operations, logistics, forecasting, and workforce planning.
•    Design and maintain advanced operational models, performance analytics, and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
•    Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards to monitor key supply chain metrics.
•    Provide root cause analysis and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and support cross-functional initiatives.
•    Support budgeting and financial planning through forecast development, variance tracking, and cost modeling to align financial and operational goals.
•    Prepare clear, executive-ready presentations with supporting analysis for review discussions.
•    Lead small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact.
•    Serve as a trusted subject matter expert, mentoring analysts and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve results.

About You
•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
•    5+ years of experience in operational analysis, process improvement, or business performance roles.
•    Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, PowerPoint, Power Automate, and process mapping tools.
•    Experience in preparing and developing financial reports in ERP systems like Oracle and SAP
•    Expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
•    Strong understanding of value analysis methodologies, ABC costing, and operational efficiency metrics.
•    Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale projects in cross-functional environments.
•    Exceptional communication and influencing skills—able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive and non-technical audiences.
•    Agile, collaborative, and experienced at managing multiple priorities.

Preferred:
•    7+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally within a retail environment.
•    Strong expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
•    Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to executive and non-technical audiences.
•    Professional certifications relevant to supply chain and process improvement (e.g., MSCC, Six Sigma, RSCP, CSCP, CSCLP, PMP) are highly preferred; equivalent credentials will be considered.
