Manager, Sales Intelligence (12 month contract) at a glance
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3 days/week in office)
Reporting into the "Lead, Sales Intelligence" the "Manager, Sales Intelligence" will lead and develop strategically important initiatives for the Sales Organization. The Manager, Sales Intelligence works closely with the Customer Business Teams at all levels, and collaborates closely with the Data Engineering Team to execute the sales initiatives.
What's on the menu?
- Own and manage a suite of reporting tools in PowerBI, Tableau and Excel, including ideation, requirements gathering, deployment, training and continuous improvement.
- Migrate & Automate Tableau and Excel reports in PowerBI
- Identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate, groom, architect and execute strategic projects leading to improved NSV/CMA results in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and Data Engineers.
- Deliver end-to-end visual solutions that drive our sales strategy including but not limited to: Scale programs, quarterly incentives, ROI analysis and ad-hoc analysis.
- Manage Sales Leadership Team (SLT) reporting, weekly consumption updates
- Communicate/Simplify technical information
- Document and maintain technical processes in flowcharts and diagrams.
- Maintain tracking MBOs in Goalz with P&P (Advantage, Special Projects)
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of sales force practice.
- Assess structure and organizational design to ensure that resources are appropriately deployed behind key business drivers.
- Builds strong collaborative relationship between sales, marketing, customer service and other functions.
- Initiate reviews of customer relationship management systems, sales processes and incentive programs.
- Establish, refine and maintain all key sales rituals and routines, train and level set quality standards across all routines and rituals within the Canadian Retail and Foodservice

- Proficient with Nielsen, Power BI and Excel; familiarity with SQL, Tableau and PowerApps preferred
- Strong ability to analyze, manipulate and present large datasets
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to present to and influence senior leaders and build strong networks
- Experience working in teams, managing cross-functional projects and understanding business processes
- Demonstrated success implementing processes, routines and driving operational improvement
- Experience managing people, influencing without authority, and leading change management efforts
- Results-driven with a willingness to challenge the status quo.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$100,300.00 - $125,400.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
