Performs a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities, including processing regular and non-regular payroll, administering time and attendance policies and system, computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for special payments and paycheck advances, and processing terminations.

-Uses administrative, data organizing and coordination skills to complete work
-Performs duties according to established procedures
-Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
-Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Functional Knowledge:
-Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
Business Expertise:
-Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others in the discipline
Leadership:
-Has no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload
Problem Solving:
-Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options
Impact:
-Impacts own team through the quality of the services or information provided; follows standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance
Interpersonal Skills:
-Uses communication skills to exchange information
