As a Senior Privacy Tracking Analyst, you will play a critical role in uncovering, analyzing, and documenting unauthorized data collection practices that violate consumer privacy and wiretapping laws. This is a highly hands-on, technical role where your findings directly support legal investigations and litigation strategies.

You will intercept and analyze network traffic across web and mobile platforms, detect undisclosed tracking technologies, and build clear, defensible evidence packages used in high-impact legal cases. This role is ideal for a technically curious professional with strong attention to detail and a deep interest in privacy, data flows, and digital compliance.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Intercept, analyze, and document network traffic from websites and mobile applications using specialized tools.
  • Detect undisclosed tracking pixels and data transmissions to third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and others.
  • Evaluate cookie consent banner compliance and document tracker behavior before consent, after rejection, or upon acceptance.
  • Configure iOS and Android devices to route traffic through proxy tools for app-level analysis.
  • Capture and preserve technical evidence including HAR files, packet captures, logs, and annotated screenshots.
  • Document findings in clear, structured, and reproducible formats suitable for legal proceedings.
  • Analyze data transmission patterns, including URL parameters, headers, payloads, and request/response cycles.
  • Summarize technical findings for attorneys, leadership, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify time-sensitive or high-value investigation opportunities.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Research potential class action and mass arbitration targets based on observed privacy violation patterns.
  • Monitor regulatory actions, news, and consumer complaint platforms for emerging privacy risks.
  • Track litigation and privacy enforcement trends across industries such as consumer finance, e-commerce, and health & wellness.
  • Maintain internal databases of investigated companies, findings, and legal insights.
