As a Senior Principal Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering integrated solutions across SAP Quality Management, RAQA, EWM, and related applications. In this role, you will partner with Business and Technical Analysts, as this role translates business needs into scalable architectural designs and high-level specifications that ensure feasibility, functionality, and seamless integration with existing systems. You will own the integrity of the solution by validating configurations, reviewing technical documentation, and ensuring delivery aligns with the defined architecture, driving reliable, end-to-end solutions that support Stryker’s business objectives.
What you will do
- Manage the overall system architecture, technical and functional design in SAP Quality Management, EWM and Distribution & Logistics to manage design and deploy integrated end-to-end solutions.
- Drive vendor engagement and accountability to deliver KPI and SLA.
- Play a key role in transitioning the knowledge of the new/enhanced capabilities (including technical aspects) to the Service Delivery Team(s).
- Work closely with strategic solution partners, business process owners, architects/leads from other tracks and super users to close out every phase as part of deployment playbook or project methodology.
- Proactively identify business and system improvements, make recommendations, take ownership and bring those initiatives to successful implementation in warehouse and distribution area.
- Manage and coordinate with external suppliers and deployment partners to ensure they meet their contracted deliverables, agreed upon timelines, and metrics.
- Develop and build robust integration with Infrastructure, Security, Governance, Service Delivery, etc.
- Financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.
What you need
Required
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.
- 10+ years’ experience required.
- Experience in SAP full life-cycle implementations and demonstrated project implementation experience.
- Experience in SAP project implementation in SAP Quality Management (QM) and integration with other process areas.
- Deep understanding of systems, configuration and business processes within SAP Supply Chain covering Quality Management and other SAP cross functional experience in PP/EWM/IM/MM, Procurement, DG Management (EHS-DGP), GTS and SD.
- Experience in Quality Planning and Inspections, Batch and Serial management, Quality Holds, Defect Management, Product Life Cycle, Product Registrations, etc.
Preferred
- Master’s degree in MIS, MBA or related discipline.

- US15: $155,900 - $259,800 USD Annual

- US30: $176,300 - $293,700 USD Annual
