Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world!

Qualys is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to drive our managed Risk Operations Center (mROC) platform — the multi-tenant experience that lets MSSPs and channel partners measure, communicate, and eliminate cyber risk across their customer base, built on Qualys's Enterprise TruRisk Management (ETM) platform.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role with a strong local leadership dimension: you'll own roadmap and execution for core mROC capabilities while serving as the product anchor and mentor for the Pune team, coordinating day-to-day delivery in close partnership with US-based product and GTM leadership. We're looking for an AI-first product leader who reaches for AI to draft requirements and documentation and build working prototypes to validate direction — and who can translate deep, multi-tenant cybersecurity problems into clear, usable workflows, including how agentic AI shows up inside the platform.

What You Will Do

  • Own roadmap and execution for core mROC modules — multi-tenant risk management, reporting, analytics, dashboards, partner/customer workflows, and AI-powered experiences.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity and managed-services concepts into clear requirements, prioritization logic, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Use AI tooling across the lifecycle to accelerate requirements, documentation, and interactive prototypes.
  • Work closely with engineering and UX to define requirements, prioritize sprints, and ship high-quality features.
  • Drive platform-first design across multi-tenant data models, RBAC/SSO and identity, workflow orchestration, and integrations.
  • Embed AI and agentic capabilities into partner and analyst experiences — risk queries, recommendations, upsell/cross-sell, and automation.
  • Build and refine integrations with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, CMDBs, identity providers, and vulnerability and exposure data sources.
  • Serve as local product anchor and provide regional business support for GTM / SMEs / Channel.
  • Partner with MSSPs, SMEs, and field teams to validate requirements and iterate quickly.

Required Skills :

  • Minimum 10  years in product management or technical product roles.
  • Strong experience building platform or cybersecurity products with deep technical complexity.
  • Strong understanding of at least two of: Vulnerability Management, Risk Prioritization / RBVM, Patching / Remediation, Security Operations / SOC / XDR / MDR, and Compliance or Threat Detection.
  • Strong platform mindset — multi-tenant data models, workflows, integrations, identity/access, and scalable systems.
  • An AI-first way of working: fluent in using AI tools to draft requirements and documentation and build working prototypes.
  • Strong business instincts — able to tie product decisions to partner economics, adoption, and revenue.
  • Ability to work hands-on with engineering on requirements, trade-offs, and execution.
  • Proven ability to operate as a strong, self-directed IC and to mentor and influence a globally distributed team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with US-based teams.

Strongly Preferred Kills :

  • Experience with MSSP, MDR, managed security services, or multi-tenant / partner-facing (channel) platforms.
  • Experience building AI-driven capabilities — agentic AI, copilots, intelligent recommendations, or workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with design tooling such as Figma for prototyping and UX collaboration.
  • Experience with reporting/analytics, dashboards, and enterprise integrations (ServiceNow, Jira, CMDB, SSO/IdP).

Why This Role Matters

You will shape how the world's managed security providers — and the customers who depend on them — see, prioritize, and act on cyber risk at scale. Through a multi-tenant platform, intelligent automation, and high-quality experiences, you'll strengthen the core of mROC and help the team move faster and ship with confidence.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management or technical product roles
  • Experience building platform or cybersecurity products with deep technical complexity
  • Strong understanding of at least two cybersecurity areas, including vulnerability management, risk prioritization, patching/remediation, security operations, XDR, MDR, compliance, or threat detection
  • Experience with multi-tenant data models, workflows, integrations, identity/access, and scalable systems
  • Fluency using AI tools to draft requirements and documentation and build working prototypes
  • Strong business judgment connecting product decisions to partner economics, adoption, and revenue
  • Ability to work hands-on with engineering on requirements, trade-offs, and execution
  • Ability to operate as a self-directed individual contributor and mentor and influence globally distributed teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with US-based teams
  • Experience with MSSP, MDR, managed security services, or multi-tenant partner-facing platforms
  • Experience building AI-driven capabilities such as agentic AI, copilots, intelligent recommendations, or workflow automation
  • Familiarity with Figma for prototyping and UX collaboration
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, dashboards, and enterprise integrations such as ServiceNow, Jira, CMDB, and SSO/IdP
