We’re hiring a Senior / Principal Product Manager for a high-impact B2C product charter at a fast-scaling, product-led digital platform. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, data, pricing, and platform thinking — with direct influence on business outcomes and user journeys at scale.
What You’ll OwnLead end-to-end product strategy and execution for a large-scale B2C product area
Drive problem discovery, opportunity sizing, and outcome-driven roadmaps
Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams
Build and optimize user journeys across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
Own metrics, experimentation, and continuous product improvement loops
Translate ambiguous business problems into structured product solutions
6–12+ years of product management experience (SPM / PPM level)
Strong B2C product experience with measurable impact on growth or engagement
Proven track record of shipping scaled digital products
Deep comfort with data, experimentation, and decision-making under uncertainty
Strong product judgment and first-principles thinking
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
Experience building or integrating AI/ML features into user-facing products
Comfortable using AI for personalization, automation, decisioning, or risk/behavior modeling
Hands-on with AI-enabled product workflows (experimentation, copilots, predictive UX, or intelligent ops)
Core B2C charter with direct business impact
High ownership, fast execution, and outcome-driven culture
