• Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead global product launches, including pricing strategy, distribution channels, and sales enablement materials.

• Customer Engagement: Act as the primary technical and business contact for key automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to gather requirements and secure design-ins.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with R&D, Applications Engineering, and Operations to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet automotive quality standards (AEC-Q100).

• Ecosystem Development: Build and manage strategic partnerships with software providers, reference design partners, and industry bodies to accelerate platform adoption.

• P&L Management: Manage the Product Line’s financial health, including revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and investment ROI.

• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of EV powertrain architectures and electrification trends. Familiarity with high-voltage IC design requirements is highly desirable.

• Standards Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of automotive quality and safety standards, specifically ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and AEC-Q100.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical specifications into compelling value propositions for executive-level stakeholders.

• Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance teams and navigating matrixed global organizations.
