Job description:
Join an innovative AI-driven HealthTech company building a unified platform that transforms how healthcare systems operate. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end product functionality, spanning frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and workflow systems. This is a high-impact role where engineering meets product, enabling you to directly shape the user experience and system behavior. You will work across the entire stack, turning complex operational workflows into scalable, reliable, and user-friendly software. At the principal level, you will also provide architectural leadership, define technical standards, and mentor other engineers.
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Onsite 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST - Full-time position with a flexible, results-driven schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and workflow layers.
- Develop user-facing applications, dashboards, and internal tools. Design and implement APIs, service logic, validation rules, and integrations
- Translate complex operational requirements into intuitive product flows and scalable systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, AI, backend, and cloud teams to deliver high-quality features
- Improve performance, usability, reliability, and test coverage across the application
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and release planning.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to incident resolution
- (Principal level) Define technical direction, system architecture, and engineering best practices
- (Principal level) Mentor engineers and influence cross-team technical decisions
Requirements
Qualifications:
Must-have experience:
- 5–8+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Principal) in full stack software engineering
- Strong experience building production-grade applications end-to-end
- Proven ability to move between frontend, backend, and system-level problem solving
- Solid understanding of application architecture, APIs, and workflow-driven systems
- Experience owning features from design through deployment.pdf) Technology stack
Key focus:
- Frontend: Modern JavaScript frameworks (React or similar)
- Backend: TypeScript (primary), Python, Java.
- Cloud: AWS (core environment)
- Architecture: Microservices, distributed systems.
- APIs: REST APIs, integrations, workflow orchestration
- Data: Data modeling, system integrations
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with AI-integrated applications or AI-enabled workflows.
- Background in HealthTech, SaaS, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with FHIR or healthcare integrations.
