We will count on you to:
Gather, analyze, and document IAM business requirements.
Conduct discovery workshops with application owners, security, infrastructure, HR, and business stakeholders.
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements for SailPoint development teams.
SailPoint Application Onboarding
Lead end-to-end onboarding of applications into SailPoint, including application assessment, connector feasibility, requirement gathering, integration strategy, access model definition, UAT coordination, production deployment, and hypercare support.
Support onboarding via certified connectors, REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC/Database, LDAP, Active Directory, flat files, and custom connectors.
Stakeholder Management
Facilitate workshops with business and IT teams and manage communication across stakeholders.
Present onboarding status and risks to leadership and drive requirement sign-offs.
Documentation
Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, solution design inputs, process diagrams, UAT plans, test scenarios, knowledge articles, SOPs, runbooks, FAQs, and training materials.
Testing & UAT (Good to have)
Prepare test scenarios/cases, coordinate UAT, validate provisioning/deprovisioning, certifications, access request workflows, and support defect management.
Project Delivery
Track onboarding milestones, coordinate with development teams, support sprint planning and Agile ceremonies, identify risks/dependencies, and support production deployments.

IAM Knowledge
IGA, identity lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC, Joiner-Mover-Leaver, access certification, provisioning/deprovisioning, SoD, least privilege, and basic identity federation knowledge.
SailPoint Knowledge
Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ, including application onboarding, identity/access profiles, roles, entitlements, sources, certifications, access requests, lifecycle states, workflows, identity processing, aggregation, provisioning, correlation, transforms.
Integration of Knowledge
REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, AD, JDBC, flat files, OAuth, SAML, OIDC, JSON, XML.
Documentation Skills
BRD, FRD, user stories, process maps, RACI, test cases, UAT scripts, SOPs.
Tools
ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office, Visio/Lucidchart.
