C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst for their Project Logistics division. In this role, you are responsible for delivering complex, strategic modal pricing solutions and analytical insights for both new and existing business opportunities. This role collaborates closely with regional offices, corporate shared services, and customers to develop competitive pricing strategies that align with customer needs. Acting as the pricing owner for each opportunity, you will provide expert consultation on enterprise-wide and account-specific pricing strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes for the business and its clients. Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage daily pricing requests for new and existing customers across assigned modes, products, or trade lanes
- Deliver accurate, competitive pricing within established deadlines and service-level agreements
- Leverage available pricing tools, market insights, and internal resources to develop effective solutions
- Ensure pricing activities comply with restricted commodity, embargoed country, and known shipper requirements
- Document pricing methodology and key assumptions to support a seamless handoff to operations upon award
- Partner with branch stakeholders to understand modal yield strategies, accessorial fees, and customer requirements
- Monitor performance against assigned goals and KPIs, and provide monthly progress updates to leadership
- Collaborate with leaders and peers to identify pricing trends, share best practices, and improve win ratios
- Drive continuous improvement in pricing quality, consistency, and overall effectiveness
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 4 years previous experience in Project freight forwarding Operations and/or Pricing
Experience managing large over dimensional shipments
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Commercial experience within C.H. Robinson and/or external logistical experience
Working knowledge of reporting tools
Working knowledge of data visualization tools
Working knowledge of how the intermodal product impacts supply chains
Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively influence and partner
Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written with ability to effectively communicate complex concepts across multiple functions and levels of the organization
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and business acumen to make sound management decisions/recommendations
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines

Compensation Range
$70,200.00 - $111,000.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
