Role: Presales Engineer – KSA Tenders
We are seeking an experienced Presales Engineer with strong exposure to KSA government and enterprise tenders. The role focuses on supporting the full bid lifecycle, including RFP analysis, solution design, technical writing, compliance management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of KSA procurement frameworks, tendering processes, and large-scale digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tenders issued by KSA government and semi-government entities.
- Prepare technical and functional proposals aligned with tender requirements.
- Design end-to-end solutions aligned with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with architecture, data, AI, UX, and delivery teams to define optimal solutions.
- Ensure alignment with KSA regulations, standards, and compliance frameworks.
Requirements
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in presales, bid management, or solution consulting.
- Proven hands-on experience with KSA government or enterprise tenders.
- Strong understanding of KSA procurement processes, tender structures, and evaluation criteria.
- Experience in digital transformation, IT services, or technology consulting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.
- Excellent proposal writing and documentation skills in English, Arabic is a strong plus.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
