We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Engineer to lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization, with expertise in Power BI development, deployment, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy complex Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Lead the development of data models, ETL processes, and data governance policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Optimize Power BI performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with new features and releases of Power BI and related technologies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and implementation.
- Experience with Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Embedded.
- Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong command of English (B2/C1 level).
Nice to have:
- Experience with Azure, SQL Server, and other Microsoft technologies.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations.
- Certification in Power BI or related technologies.
