The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to support the Enterprise Level Information Technology Expertise (ELITE) contract at U.S. Africa Command (USAFRICOM) in Stuttgart, Germany. This position includes OCONUS travel and offers the chance to advance your career in a mission driven, operational environment.

As part of the ELITE program, you will help design and deliver enterprise solutions that directly enable USAFRICOM’s J1 Manpower & Personnel mission, improving readiness, accountability, and decision quality data across the command.

Responsibilities:
As a member of the USAFRICOM J6 Collaboration Team, you will develop enterprise grade solutions using Agile methodologies and the full Microsoft Power Platform suite. Your work will directly support J1 Manpower & Personnel processes, including force management, personnel accountability, manning visibility, and workflow automation.
You will:
             Design and develop enterprise and mission specific applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
             Partner with J1 stakeholders and end users to gather requirements, translate personnel process needs into technical solutions, and deliver rapid, high quality products.
             Apply strong data modeling practices to build scalable Dataverse structures supporting personnel readiness, manning documents, and other J1 data sets.
             Develop Model Driven Apps and integrate Canvas Apps or Custom Pages with Dataverse to streamline J1 workflows.
             Create Power BI dashboards that visualize personnel data, readiness metrics, and other key insights for senior leaders.
             Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using APIs and REST endpoints, supporting J1 data synchronization and reporting.
             Install, configure, and manage approved third party solutions within Power Platform environments.
             Communicate clearly and professionally with senior leadership, providing technical recommendations and presenting solution concepts.
             Apply practical knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to manage solution development, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications:
Required: 
            Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI (No Waiver).
             BA/BS and 7+ years of recent specialized experience
             Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and SharePoint.
             Demonstrated experience applying Agile software development methodologies.
             Ability to document system architecture, workflows, and processes.
             Experience working with relational databases.
             Prior experience on a software development team or in a technical lead role.
             Security+ and relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
             TESA eligibility

 

Desired:
             Experience developing and sustaining enterprise level Power Apps solutions.
             Knowledge of Power Platform ALM, deployment pipelines, and environment strategies.
             Experience administering multiple Power Platform environments or using the Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).
             Experience with Copilot Studio.
             Experience documenting workflows and architecture using Visio, XrmToolBox, or similar tools.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$99,300 - 208,600 USD
