- Collaborates with leaders in allied / supported functions (e.g., finance, marketing, sales, etc.) as well as existing and potential clients to identify business opportunities and challenges and develop associated information needs.
- Determines analytical methodologies and tools appropriate for investigating identified challenges and opportunities.
- Manages and executes medium size projects or components of larger projects from start to finish, including:
- Data gathering and manipulation,
- Synthesis and modeling,
- Problem solving, and
- Communication of insights and recommendations.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- BA/BS degree and 5-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards using ServiceNow data
- Build and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic models, and measures (DAX)
- Translate business and ITSM reporting requirements into Power BI visualizations
- Develop SLA, KPI, trend, and performance reports for ITSM processes
- Ensure data accuracy, refresh reliability, and performance optimization
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and governance standards in Power BI
- Schedule and monitor data refreshes (Power BI Service / Gateway)
- Validate ServiceNow data against native reports for consistency
- Document data models, transformations, and report definitions
- Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators and stakeholders for data alignment
- Support ad-hoc analysis and executive-level reporting needs.
