Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, ensuring high-quality data visualization and user experience.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, and customer analytics teams to understand and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to derive actionable insights, recommendations, and storytelling through dashboards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Maintain and enhance data models for better performance and scalability.
• Stay up to date with the latest Power BI and SQL advancements to improve existing processes.
• Create best practices documentation and train end-users in dashboard usage.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Power BI and SQL.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, and stored procedures.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong experience in Finance, Customer Analytics, or Marketing Analytics.
• Data Visualization: Expertise in designing dynamic, interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data landscapes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in DAX queries and creating calculated columns/measures in Power BI.
• Familiarity with tools like Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage and analytics pipelines.
• Experience in predictive analytics and statistical modeling is a plus.
