We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO Manager to join our Strategy & Management Office in Global Operations. So, are you an experienced PMO professional motivated to strengthen operational excellence, manage project portfolios, and ensure effective implementation across a global organization, then we are looking for you.
The team you will be part of
Strategy Management Office is a diverse team of more than 25 dedicated and highly skilled professionals who are passionate about doing the right projects in the right way while having a strong focus on delivering the expected impact and helping people to adapt to the changes of the strategy.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will
- As our new Senior PMO Manager, you will manage and optimize our strategic project portfolio ensuring we do the right projects
- Reporting to the Head of Strategy and PMO, you will work closely with senior leadership as well as program and project managers to establish effective governance standards and tools, track portfolio performance, and optimize resource utilization across projects
- You will provide operational guidance to project managers and PMO managers across Global Operations, support the initiation of new projects, and ensure that best practices are consistently applied across the portfolio
- You will oversee performance of the portfolio and the strategy and ensure transparent reporting and communication to key stakeholders
To reach your full potential in the role, we imagine that you
- Some years of experience in a project or PMO management role, with a deep understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and operational processes
- Have experience managing multiple projects, implementing governance frameworks, and delivering operational excellence
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills that allow working across departments and levels of the organization
- Good analytical skills, with experience in performance tracking, risk management, and reporting
- Experience with project management tools and software (Microsoft suite preferred)
- Fluent in English both orally and in writing
