Are you ready to shape the future of LEGO® brick production? We're looking for a Senior PLM Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and take our Teamcenter to the next level! Core responsibilities
- Implement requests from our engineers to provide a good user experience through the Teamcenter ecosystem
- Collaborate with team members about solution design and code reviews
- Provide support for end-users if some systems fail.
- Integrate applications and systems to Teamcenter
- Embrace the DevSecOps mindset with a 'You built it - you own it' philosophy and take active part of test automation and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Support the LEGO Group to store and handle product life cycle management of all CAD models related to the production of LEGO® bricks
- Provide an excellent end user experience to support the organization to achieve the fastest time to market possible

The Platform Technology department provides solutions and technology for the engineering areas of the LEGO Group. In this position, you will be part of a product team where you will build and maintain a platform that supports the LEGO Group to store and handle product lifecycle management of all CAD models related to the production of LEGO® bricks. You will be a part of a team – currently with 6 Software Engineers - that will be growing since we will be supporting migration to cloud and implement more advanced ways of handling product lifecycle management in the LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes?
- PLM/PDM Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter or similar PLM/PDM enterprise software systems, with a commitment to driving efficient and effective solutions
- Enterprise Programming Experience: Proven ability to handle enterprise applications through hands-on programming experience and effective implementation skills
- API & Application Development: Skilled in building APIs and developing enterprise applications that meet high performance and security standards
- Proficient Programmer: Solid programming foundation in languages like Java, .NET, or similar, with a focus on delivering reliable and scalable software solutions
- Adaptability & Inclusivity: You’re comfortable with change and thrive in a flexible, diverse environment that values collaboration and innovation
- Coding Standards Advocate: A role model for high coding standards, dedicated to building secure, stable software, while inspiring others to continuously improve and learn
It would be a bonus if you also have:
- Cloud Solution Expertise: Demonstrable experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, with a focus on delivering secure, scalable solutions
- Interface Knowledge: Familiarity with NX interface and general interfaces with the Teamcenter platform to support seamless integrations
- Agile & Continuous Delivery Experience: Hands-on experience in agile development methods and continuous delivery methods to drive efficient, adaptable solutions
- R&D or Engineering Background: Experience in an R&D or engineering environment, with foundational knowledge of concepts like 3D modeling and bill of materials
The overall expectation for this position is for an engineer to be making consistent meaningful improvements to the codebase, championing best practices in their chosen area and taking ownership for the things they do.
