Core Responsibilities
Create and drive a Learning through Play Community of Practice for colleagues in Social Responsibility to enable them to engage with our partners on the ground.
Responsible for equipping and enabling our partners (Social Responsibility partners and beyond) through training and materials to bring Learning through Play to children in our communities – online and offline.
Responsible for driving engagement and building network across the company to provide Learning through Play understanding to colleagues and equip them to apply in their professional audience-facing outcome. Provide systematic, contextualized Learning through Play expertise to selected business units and innovation hubs to preserve the unique LEGO mark of Learning through Play based on expert knowledge, research and child-centric thinking.
Lead enablement strategy – aligning with other people-related streams such as our core company culture program; Leadership Playground, our digital HR platform; Workday, our companywide skill building program; LEGO U, volunteering and others so it provides fit-for-purpose training for our diverse and global workforce.
Design, implement, and maintain a strong suite of learning through play content that builds, deepens, and refreshes the learning through play understanding for our colleagues in Social Responsibility and beyond as well as amongst our dedicated social impact partner organizations across diverse geographies.
Innovate the HOW of content sharing through an increased variety of tools and initiatives that ease the engagement for Social Responsibility colleagues, LEGO Group colleagues and partners.
Draw on the play expertise & evidence from LEGO Foundation and other academic sources to design and facilitate learning through play initiatives as well as continue to evolve content suite that will strengthen understanding and confidence to apply Learning through Play for both LEGO colleagues and external partners.
Support evaluation of Learning through Play implementation around the globe and the impact on knowledge, attitude and behaviour amongst children and adults.

This role is critical in ensuring that Learning through Play best practice is embedded into the social responsibility organization, providing expertise, training and support internally and externally. This renewed focus on building capacity may result in higher quality partnerships and social initiatives closely tied to Learning through Play as a methodology, manifesting our leading position as a socially impactful company.
Do you have what it takes?
Learning design and facilitation expertise or similar background is key. Plus, several years of experience of designing and delivering context-based learning experiences to colleagues/partners/adults to enable them to apply a methodology in their work.
Thorough understanding of the educational and psychological benefits of play, playful experiences, and a playful mindset – or other relevant background.
Skilled facilitator, preferably with playful Learning experience and comfortable with presenting in front of smaller and larger audiences.
Strong communicator, natural networker, and a phenomenal collaborator who comfortably works cross-functionally and engages stakeholders with respect and empathy.
Creative problem-solver and design thinking experience.
Solid process understanding and experience from working in large organizations.
Embraces a playful approach to work and life in general, curious and excited to become part of the global force of Learning through Play.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
