PROJECT
You will join a Global Identity & Access Management team working on a new self-hosted SCIM platform. The project focuses on building scalable identity provisioning and integration solutions within complex enterprise environments.
The role combines backend engineering, Kubernetes-based deployments, and platform engineering practices. You will collaborate with experienced software and DevOps engineers to design, develop, and evolve modern IAM services and integrations.
Job Description- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go
- Contribute to the development of a self-hosted SCIM solution
- Deploy and support applications running in Kubernetes environments
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
- Collaborate with platform engineering and DevOps teams
- Implement integrations with IAM and directory services
- Support CI/CD and automation initiatives
- Contribute to cloud-native engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance and reliability
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang)
- Experience developing and supporting Kubernetes-based applications
- Strong understanding of cloud-native and containerized environments
- Experience working in enterprise systems with multiple integrations
- Understanding of deployment and operational best practices
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps approaches
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, CDK8s, CDKTF, or similar tools
- Experience with Java and/or Groovy
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and practices
- Understanding of platform engineering concepts and architectures
IAM Experience
- Understanding of SCIM protocol and user provisioning concepts
- Experience with Identity & Access Management solutions
- Hands-on experience with MidPoint will be an advantage
- Familiarity with Identity Governance & Administration concepts
- Experience with identity providers, federation, and role management
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, or similar directory services
