Job Description:

Production Planner is responsible for supporting operation and production activity and ensure business objectives are met. Key elements of the duties include MRP review, expediting urgent orders, support special request from internal and ensure goods receipt into warehouse.

AX Component WH Management (X53, X54)

• Enter USN orders for all NPI Engineering shipments in MySO & WSI (shipping text); lift PRE HOLD + track material movement
• into AX WH. Support may also be required for UNC order entry if needed.
• Liase with IT for any transaction issue.

AX Planning

• AXPO order creation based Production Order & CM Quote provided by NPI Planner
• Review daily commit file from CM and update in system
• Revise and update system if any change of commit or commit quantity
• Track material movement (component and FG) and resolve good receipts issue with IT.

Tracking Shipments

• Based on shipment plan from NPI Planning, compile and update report with AWB (link), ETD, ETA and track shipment end-to-end to make sure no holds or delays, and to escalate to Logistics if needed.

Inventory Reconciliation

• Coordinating component cycle count (consigned IC) with CM
• Reconcile cycle count result for any discrepancy
• Getting approval for bonus in or adjustment and perform system transaction.

Expedite, pull in and upside support

• Review material shortages with CM and gear up the expediting process internally and externally
• Close follow up the build plan with CM to ensure no delay on our commit
• Coordinating internally if help needed.

AX Order Commit

• Commit customer order in AX Order Planning screen.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• B.Sc.in Business, Supply chain or economics
• 3-5 years Planning, order fulfillment or related supply chain operational analyst job experience
• Self-motivated and requiring minimal guidance
• Work well in multidisciplinary environment, interacting with various operations team members
• Strong problem solving, process oriented & numeric analysis background
