Based in Raleigh, NC, with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule (in-office 3+ days per week). How you'll make an impact
Develop and manage detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools
Lead planning across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
Deliver earned value analysis and performance forecasting
Integrate cost and schedule data for comprehensive reporting
Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure accurate project updates
Present dashboards and executive summaries to senior stakeholders
Support change management and claims analysis with time impact assessments
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8–10 years of experience in project planning and controls
Expertise in Primavera P6; familiarity with MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and Deltek Acumen
Strong grasp of CPM, EVA, and schedule risk analysis
Proven success managing schedules for large, complex projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
