Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copies, landing pages, and marketing assets.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (e.g. cost per lead) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing. Identify and test new marketing channels and platforms to expand reach and drive performance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- At least 3-4 years working experiences in B2B marketing experience in growth marketing Agency experience is a plus Strong analytical skills and number sense
- Solid Knowledge in Google AdWords, FB ads & Google Analytics
- Familiar with growth marketing and driving user acquisition
- A problem solver who can work around obstacles and is result oriented
- Self-starter who can work independently in a timely manner
