What you´ll do:
- As part of the Global Performance Marketing team, you will oversee both the strategic and operational management of our digital marketing performance.
- You’ll generate insights by gaining a deep understanding of our marketing channels, products, and customers across key and growth markets, focusing on maximizing marketing efficiency.
- You will conduct data analysis on cross-channel performance and in-house attribution data, identifying fluctuations and developing optimization and testing plans.
- You will collaborate closely with Country Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand & Communication, and Data teams, leading cross-team projects and using your performance marketing expertise to drive growth strategies.
- You'll analyze the success of key markets to establish and share global best practices.
Who we´re looking for:
- You have 3+ years of relevant work experience, and have a degree in economics, marketing, or data analytics.
- You are highly data-driven with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven problem-solving.
- You’re a structured thinker with excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and timelines effectively.
- You have project management experience,successfully working with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- You bring a deep understanding of paid media with extensive expertise in key ad platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and CRM.
- You have experience in developing full-funnel marketing strategies and understand marketing mix planning.
