The Role
Own paid acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, and other digital channels. Manage budgets, campaigns, testing, tracking, creative production, and performance analysis, optimizing for CAC:LTV, payback, incrementality, repeat GMV, and contribution margin. Collaborate on ad creative and landing pages, conduct keyword research and copywriting, implement tracking, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Paid acquisition is how Qogita grows, and you'll own it. Google is the main engine, with Meta and other channels alongside, and you'll have full control of the strategy, the budget, the testing, and the measurement. You decide where the next pound goes, you build the system that proves it worked, and your results show up directly in how fast the business moves.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be in the accounts yourself, and the best person for it enjoys creative strategy, ad production, and script writing as much as digging deep into the data. We're a small, fast team having a lot of fun building with AI and automating the grunt work, and we want someone who feels the same pull.

Who we are
Qogita [Ko-gi-ta] is on a mission to make global trade radically efficient by building the operating system for modern wholesale.
Wholesale is a €50 trillion market still largely run through phone calls, catalogues and trade shows. Behind every product sits a fragmented chain of sourcing, trading and logistics that makes wholesale slower, more complex and expensive than it should be.
Qogita is changing this by connecting the global market into a single order book, building the rails to move products across borders efficiently, and providing the intelligence to help businesses know what to stock, what it’s worth and where it should go.
We operate across health and beauty in 30+ European markets, with ambitions to reach every category, everywhere. Backed by Accel, Bessemer, Dawn and LocalGlobe, we’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing B2B companies.
We’re an ambitious, pragmatic and highly collaborative team, united by a desire to reshape one of the world’s biggest markets.

What you'll do
- Own all aspects of our performance marketing: campaign strategy, implementation, optimisation, and analysis
- Set channel strategy and manage budgets across all digital channels, optimising for CAC:LTV and payback rather than chasing surface metrics
- Run a structured testing programme across creative, bidding, audiences, and channel mix, using data-driven insights to continually test, measure, and optimise spend
- Measure real impact, not just platform-reported numbers. You'll judge performance on cohort behaviour, repeat GMV, contribution margin, and incrementality
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-converting ad creative and landing pages
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to sharpen campaign effectiveness
- Report on performance to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
What you'll bring
- A track record running large Google Ads accounts at scale. This is the hard requirement
- Genuine breadth across the digital mix. You understand paid social, organic, and how channels compound, and you're not a one-channel specialist
- A real appetite for both sides of the job: you enjoy creative strategy, ad production, and script writing as much as you enjoy living in the data
- Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and tactics
- Comfort with incrementality testing (geo hold-outs, lift studies) and the instinct to question what attribution tells you
- Hands-on experience implementing tracking, including tag management and server-side setups (e.g. GTM), and debugging dataLayer and signal issues yourself
- Strong analytical chops. You work in the data, think in CAC:LTV and payback, and ideally know your way around SQL or a BI tool
- You stay on top of the latest in digital marketing and get genuinely excited by new tools and tactics. You're especially keen on what AI can do and can't wait to automate the repetitive parts of the job
- The judgement to operate in a fast-moving environment and prioritise what actually moves the needle
Nice to have
- SEO or other organic and owned-channel experience
- B2B, marketplace, or ecommerce background
- You enjoy writing, whether that's ad copy, briefs, or making the case to stakeholders
Benefits
- Base salary: €70,000 – €87,500 (depending on experience)
- 26 days of annual leave, plus 4 additional personal days
- Company performance-based bonus
- Attractive equity package
- Pension contributions
- Annual learning & development budget
- Office-led culture with hybrid flexibility
- Dog-friendly offices
- Home-office setup package
- Office socials and annual company-wide offsite
