• Analyze customer acquisition economics, including media efficiency, customer

acquisition cost, lifetime value, and return on marketing investment, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Assess how owned brands, aggregator partners, and acquisition channels interact across the portfolio, identifying opportunities to improve overall enterprise performance while minimizing overlap and cannibalization.

• Partner with stakeholders to shape acquisition strategies, budget allocation

decisions, and growth priorities across the portfolio.

• Support growth strategy for IPH-owned aggregators and external marketplace

partners by evaluating acquisition performance, funnel effectiveness, and

expansion opportunities.

• Monitor competitive activity, marketplace dynamics, and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities that impact portfolio growth.

• Partner with Analytics teams to strengthen attribution, forecasting, incrementality testing, and performance measurement frameworks

Channel Strategy, Optimization & Innovation

• Lead performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social,

affiliate/aggregator, and emerging acquisition channels.

• Identify and prioritize opportunities across audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative, landing pages, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.

• Develop acquisition strategies that connect awareness, consideration, and

conversion efforts into a cohesive growth framework.

• Evaluate new acquisition channels, technologies, and marketing capabilities that can expand customer acquisition capacity and improve efficiency.

• Monitor the evolving impact of AI-powered search, answer engines, agentic

experiences, and emerging discovery platforms, developing recommendations for how IPH should adapt its acquisition strategies.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven marketing technologies, automation, and new acquisition models to drive competitive advantage and long-term growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.

• 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital acquisition, media strategy, or related disciplines.

• Deep expertise in paid search and paid social marketing, including platform

• Experience managing or influencing multi-million-dollar media budgets.

• Demonstrated ability to diagnose performance issues and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and digital marketing economics.
