Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Workday Technical (Integrations) Analyst to join our People Technology team.
The Workday Technical (Integrations) Analyst is a strategic individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure Workday integrations. This role combines functional knowledge with advanced technical expertise to deliver reliable data flows, optimized system performance, and continuous improvement across the Workday ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Core Connectors (CCW), EIBs, Workday Studio, and Workday Orchestrate.
- Document solution designs, configuration decisions, integration flows, and operational runbooks.
- Implement secure integration frameworks (e.g., SFTP, HTTPS, encryption standards, OAuth, WS-Security).
- Configure and maintain Workday security models including domain security policies, role-based access, constrained roles, and integration user setup.
- Participate in Workday release management activities, including impact analysis, feature evaluation, testing coordination, and deployment of new functionality.
- Build and optimize Workday reports using Advanced Report Writer, calculated fields, subreports, and RaaS publishing.
- Monitor and support integration reliability through dashboards, alerting mechanisms, retry strategies, and performance tuning.
- Partner with the People, TA, IT, Payroll, and other teams to identify opportunities to scale through automation and smart system design.
- Document key processes and integration configuration to support ongoing knowledge sharing and consistency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in HRIS/People Technology with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Advanced technical expertise in Workday integrations including Core Connectors (CCW), EIBs, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST APIs, and RaaS endpoints.
- Strong understanding of Workday security architecture including domain policies, ISUs, OAuth, and WS-Security.
- Hands-on experience with XSLT/XPath transformations, external API integrations, and hybrid integration architectures.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated experience developing or implementing technology related process improvements and initiatives.
- Project Management experience with a consulting mind-set.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
