Your mission
As the People Partner for our EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams, you'll be a trusted strategic partner to leaders who are building, scaling, and navigating change. You'll show up with curiosity, initiative, and a practical mindset, helping leaders create high-performing teams while ensuring people can do their best work.
Your scope includes around 60 employees across Switzerland, the UK, and a number of remote team members across Europe.
You'll also contribute to ongoing efforts to leverage AI within the People Success team, helping identify opportunities to improve ways of working and support leaders through change.
This is an 8-month FTC role, with an ideal start date in August or September 2026.Your responsibilities
You'll serve as the trusted People Partner for our EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams, building strong relationships with leaders and operating as a true strategic peer.
You'll partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and shape people strategies that align closely with business objectives.
You'll support managers across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, development, employee relations, wellbeing, and organizational design. You'll also act as a thought partner on how AI can shape the way their teams work.
You'll navigate the unique dynamics of commercial organizations, including quota-related conversations, commission disputes, performance improvement plans, and high-stakes feedback discussions.
You'll analyze people data and metrics to identify trends, surface opportunities, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
You'll collaborate closely with our People team to design, implement, and scale people programs that create meaningful impact.
You'll proactively identify opportunities to integrate AI into team workflows and processes, champion new possibilities, and help others adopt them successfully.
Your story
You’re comfortable working in a hybrid format, with the ability to come to our St. Gallen office once per week.
You have 4+ years of experience in a People Partner role, including experience supporting commercial teams, ideally within high-growth SaaS/tech environments.
You're comfortable working cross-functionally as a strategic partner, creating business impact while keeping people at the center of your approach.
You're genuinely excited about AI, already use it to work more effectively, and naturally inspire curiosity in others about what's possible.
You've successfully partnered with teams across multiple regions and feel comfortable working with stakeholders in the UK, Switzerland, and across Europe.
You bring a proactive and personable communication style that builds trust, helps you understand what matters to different stakeholders, and enables you to take meaningful action.
You've had a measurable impact on the people and teams you've supported, helping individuals perform at their best and grow in their careers.
You're self-directed, take ownership of your work, and know how to create structure and clarity in ambiguous situations.
You’re fluent in English.
A coaching certification and/or formal coaching training is highly valued.
Skills Required
