Your new position

As our Senior People Operations Specialist, the role helps shape the People Operations foundation that employees and leaders rely on every day. The position secures smooth, compliant processes, high-quality documentation, and clarity that supports a strong employee experience. Acting as a professional point of contact across employment contract elements and the People Operations inbox, the role ensures accurate Workday data and reporting while supporting continuous improvements across workflows, automation, and People knowledge content.

We offer exciting responsibilities:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle administration (recruitment/onboarding, employment contracts, job changes, and offboarding) for Danish and cross-border employees 
  • Own and handle People Inbox requests, ensuring timely, professional, and consistent support for employees and people leaders 
  • Maintain accurate Workday processes, master data, and reporting, ensuring data quality and audit readiness 
  • Improve People Operations through workflow refinement—practically and through AI and Workday capabilities 
  • Ensure alignment and support for the US entity on people lifecycle administration, Workday transactions, policy guidance, reporting etc.
  • Participate in P&O annual cycle processes and projects in collaboration with the entire People & Organization team 

Your profile

The ideal candidate is structured, service-minded, and comfortable working with clear standards and documentation. A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail supports high-quality delivery, even when handling many parallel requests. The role suits someone who enjoys identifying inconsistencies and making processes smarter, clearer, and easier to use for others.

  • Several years of experience within People Operations / People Services or similar 
  • Knowledge and experience of Danish employment rules 
  • Experience working with Workday/AI, including data quality and reporting 
  • Solid understanding of structured processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements 
  • Experience with continuous improvement and/or automation initiatives (an advantage) 
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English

You will join the People Operations team within People & Organization, covering People Administration, Workday, payroll and mobility. The team supports leaders and colleagues across the employee lifecycle and plays a key role in enabling smooth day-to-day operations through clear processes, high-quality data, and reliable documentation. In addition to ongoing administration and support, the team contributes to projects and continuous improvements, often driven by the many great questions and needs coming from colleagues across the organization.
