Perform library construction, magnetic bead and FACS selections, affinity maturation, NGS-based tracking, and partner with MS, biophysics, and development teams to validate and advance antibody, VHH, affibody, peptide, and mini-protein binders.

Hands-on protein and bioconjugate purification expert delivering high-purity samples for mass spectrometry and structural biology. Execute SEC, IEX, affinity, RP-HPLC, and CE methods at analytical and preparative scales, support challenging targets (e.g., membrane proteins, ADCs/AOCs), perform analytical characterization, and develop automated/high-throughput purification workflows while collaborating across multidisciplinary discovery teams.
