- Canadian People Operations & Employee Support
- Manage the Canadian employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, leaves, offboarding, and employment documentation.
- Coordinate Canadian payroll through Rippling, reviewing inputs and deductions, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
- Administer Canadian benefits in partnership with Fabric vendors, including enrolment, employee questions, and renewal support.

- Coordinate the operational delivery of the mentorship program and administering the personal learning and development stipend.

The national pay range for this role is $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate's geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a 5% target annual bonus and Fabric's Canadian employee benefits. If your compensation requirement is greater than our posted range, please still consider applying; a determination can be made based on unique qualifications.
