The Senior People Experience Partner is responsible for executing the People Experience Partner strategy for their country. The role requires a broad understanding of Employee Relations, Labor Relation’s where applicable, Country specific employment law, HR best practices, HR operations, Performance management, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development and the ability to support both employees and management.
Your responsibilities
- Leads the country specific employee relations strategy including performance management, investigation process, and providing guidance to other people experience partners on handling employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, terminations, redundance actions, conflict resolution, and grievances.
- Ensure that all employee relations practices are in compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Implements global key HR processes related to the employee’s lifecycle.
- Lead improvement initiatives in productivity through process reviews, innovations, and new technologies including identifying automation and shared services opportunities.
- Provides advisory services to employees on topics such as engagement, succession planning, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Partner with business line and functional Leadership Business Partners in executing People and business initiatives.
- Proactively seeks and resolves issues that involves employees, their leaders and union (where applicable).
- Drives operational excellence, permanently monitoring our KPI's, SLA's, goals execution, and looking for constant improvement
What you bring
- 10+ years of experience in HR, as an HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR Business Partner supporting organizations with a global presence in a matrixed environment responsible for Employee Relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or other country specific HR Certification
- Advanced English
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and designated country employment laws.
