We are looking for a passionate and execution-focused Sr People Development Analyst to join our Talent Enablement & Capability Development team in Chennai. This role serves as the on-site Learning Business Partner, responsible for delivering impactful learning experiences, supporting capability-building initiatives, driving learning programs, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
The ideal candidate is an experienced learning professional who thrives in both facilitation and program management, enjoys collaborating across functions, and is committed to creating exceptional employee learning experiences.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitation & Learning Delivery
  • Facilitate engaging behavioral, professional, and capability development programs in virtual and classroom environments
  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences that drive engagement and business outcomes
  • Prepare training materials, manage session readiness, and ensure smooth execution of learning programs
  • Gather participant feedback and continuously improve learning effectiveness
  • Maintain solid facilitation standards and learner experience metrics
• Capability Development Support
  • Partner with Learning Business Partners and capability leaders to execute learning strategies and development initiatives
  • Coordinate learning calendars, participant nominations, communications, and stakeholder engagement
  • Track learning data, program metrics, and capability development outcomes
  • Support learning needs analysis and implementation of targeted development interventions
• Program & Project Management
  • Manage learning projects from planning through execution and closure
  • Develop project plans, communication strategies, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation plans
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, facilitators, and external vendors to ensure successful program delivery
  • Maintain learning documentation, reports, resources, and SharePoint content
• New Employee Onboarding
  • Own end-to-end onboarding readiness and delivery for the Chennai site
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules, logistics, communications, vendors, materials, and technology requirements
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires
  • Maintain onboarding records, reports, and process documentation
• Stakeholder Management
  • Build solid partnerships with business leaders, HR teams, facilitators, capability owners, and vendors
  • Act as a trusted advisor and learning partner for Chennai-based stakeholders
  • Provide timely communication, updates, and issue resolution
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Capability Development, Learning Operations or HR programs
• Demonstrated experience facilitating behavioral, leadership, professional, or capability development programs
• Solid program and project management experience
• Understanding of adult learning principles and learning methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Learning & Development, Facilitation, Instructional Design, Coaching, or Project Management
• Experience supporting large-scale capability initiatives
• Experience working in global or matrix organizations
• Exposure to onboarding, employee development, and talent management programs
