About the role

We’re looking for a Senior People Data Analyst to help turn workforce data into meaningful insights that drive better decisions across HR and the business.

In this role, you’ll go beyond reporting - combining strong analytical thinking with business context to uncover trends, identify risks, and shape people strategies. You’ll work closely with HR, People Leadership, and HR Systems to translate complex questions into clear, data-driven answers.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data end-to-end: from structuring and validating data, to building scalable dashboards, to delivering insights that influence real business outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze data across the employee lifecycle (e.g. hiring, retention, engagement, performance, workforce planning)
  • Identify key drivers and trends, and translate them into actionable insights
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to shape business questions and guide decision-making
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI, Workday, etc.)
  • Apply statistical and analytical methods (e.g. regression, trend analysis) to deepen insights
  • Contribute to forward-looking analyses such as attrition risk and workforce forecasting
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and clear metric definitions
  • Support People Analytics initiatives, including workforce planning and deep-dive analyses
  • Help improve data literacy and promote best practices across stakeholders

What you bring

  • Proven experience and evidence of excellence in People Analytics, HR data, or similar analytical roles
  • Strong skills in BI tools and data languages: PowerBI/Tableau, SQL, Python
  • Experience building scalable dashboards and working with data models
  • Solid understanding of statistics and analytical techniques
  • Ability to translate business questions into structured analysis and insights
  • Strong communication skills
  • A proactive, curious mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience with predictive analytics or forecasting is a strong plus
