Position Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical People Analytics & Total Rewards Senior Specialist (OR Expert - we will adjust it to the candidate's experience) to join our HR team within the Samsung Electronics Polska division. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR data analytics and compensation processes. Location: Warsaw, Poland (Postępu 14)
Work model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Your Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports or forecasts and implement effective solutions aligned with the internal needs of the HR and Finance departments.
Conduct compensation data analysis, including job evaluation, benchmarking, position grading, and participation in compensation surveys, offering conclusions and actionable recommendations.
Support key compensation processes such as short-term incentive (STI) payments and the annual salary review.
Create and customize timely metrics, trend analyses, statistical reports, dashboards, and visual summaries using Workday, Excel, and other relevant tools.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through close collaboration with various HR functions and proactive resolution of discrepancies.
Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of compensation and benefits policies.
Collaborate closely with business leaders, People Business Partners, Talent Development teams, Finance, and the European HR Shared Services Center.
Skills and Qualifications
Our Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a business-related field (e.g., Human Resources, Economics, Statistics or similar).
3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a similar role involving payroll, compensation & benefits, or HR data analytics within a large multinational organization.
Hands-on experience with Workday or another HRIS system.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking ability, and high attention to detail.
Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and compensation surveys (e.g., WTW, Mercer) would be a plus.
