Core Responsibilities
You will be part of a dedicated ERP team, delivering to one of The LEGO Group’s most important business transformations, impacting every one of the LEGO Groups awesome employees. In the role you will report to Head of Global ERP Transformation and have significant exposure to leaders across the LEGO Group.
The LEGO Group is on an exciting journey to transform and modernize its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities, ensuring that our business operations remain agile, efficient, and future-ready. As the Senior Manager, ERP Data Migration, you will play a critical role in leading and driving one of the most critical workstreams in this transformation, ensuring it delivers measurable business impact. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to safeguard data quality and data ownership, enabling enhanced operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and scalability for future growth.
Lead a cross-functional team responsible for the Data migration deliverables including
Lead the data migration strategy and execution for various projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define data migration scope
Ensure the use of best practices and tools for data migration, including data validation and testing protocols
Identify potential risks associated with data migration and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the migration process
Coordinate a team of data migration specialists and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

The global ERP Transformation Team is responsible for leading one of the top business priorities of the LEGO group in close collaboration with colleagues from the entire organization.
Members of the team are passionate about ensuring that our SAP S/4HANA platform enables our flow of good, flow of money – now and in future.
Together with functional ERP Partners, Process Execellence, Deployment leads and our Transformation Office you will engage with senior leaders across functional areas and geographies on ERP enabled strategic priorities.
Do you have what it takes?
A higher degree within finance, business or management in combination with your eye for business and well-developed interpersonal skills helps you to form strong working relationships across all levels and functions in the organization. Similarly, your excellent leadership and collaboration capabilities drive you to prioritize efficiently and get energized in a project-based, cross functional team environment. Moreover, the successful candidate comes with
5+ years of proven track record in leading teams in large scale SAP Transformations in a multinational environment
Strong IT acumen with expertise in driving complex data migration projects
Strong structuring, stakeholder management, and change management skills (incl. experience with executive-level communication).
Broader understanding of the entire SAP process and Data Model is required in a combination with deep functional understanding. An understanding of The LEGO Group is considered a benefit.
Strong communication skills, as you will engage as trusted ERP partners and advisors towards business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. The role needs to be able to convert complex problems into tangible recommendation for decisions/general problem solving
