Senior Performance Tester

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test plans using WebLoad and JMeter to validate system scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, propose optimizations, and work with development teams to implement improvements.
• Conduct performance testing in various environments, including cloud-based and on-premises systems, to simulate real-world user loads and stress conditions.
• Develop and maintain automated performance testing frameworks using WebLoad and JMeter.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous performance monitoring.
• Provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations based on performance testing outcomes.
• Monitor system performance, identifying and addressing potential performance issues proactively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in performance testing, particularly in WebLoad and JMeter, to continually improve testing processes.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex performance issues in distributed systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance testing or a related role, with a strong focus on LoadView and JMeter.
• Deep understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Shell, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and the integration of performance testing in DevOps environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
