- Good understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements applicable to the country of employment.
- Preferably experienced in payroll systems such as Mena-Itech.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation.
