POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior Payroll Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in prospecting for Payroll Services and HCM Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of these areas and be adept at nurturing relationships with potential clients and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects and log interactions in HubSpot.

  • Follow up on and progress leads, creating new opportunities.

  • Update the system daily with call logs, appointments, notes, and emails.

  • Identify and nurture strategic relationships with partners and potential clients.

  • Set appointments and generate referrals to enhance the agent pipeline.

  • Develop relationships with network agents for referred accounts and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective strategies.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent daily calls and outreach.

  • Build a prospect list through cold calling, networking, and other activities.

  • Strategize to secure new clients.

  • Develop and maintain a sales cadence to engage top prospects.

  • Attend industry events to create referral sources and build relationships with channel partners and prospective clients.

  • Use a consultative approach to streamline clients' employee management processes.

  • Present and sell HCM solutions, including Applicant Tracking, Learning Management, Payroll, HRIS, Time and Attendance, HR Services, Integrations, Expense Management, and Performance Management Solutions.

  • Collaborate with other sales team members to foster a successful environment.

  • Collaborate with Channel Partners to generate sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HCM SaaS sales or top performance in B2B sales.

  • BA/BS in business or a related field.

  • Strong ambition, competitiveness, and high self-motivation.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to project a positive company image.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Ability to engage with diverse personalities and business roles.

  • Eager to learn, listen, and grow, with a focus on relationship management.

  • Creative and independent thinker with strong sales motivation.

  • Self-starter capable of meeting deadlines and achieving company goa

 *The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
