In the heart of our corporate landscape, we are actively seeking a seasoned Senior Payroll Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our shared services payroll department. This pivotal role requires precision, extensive knowledge of payroll systems, and the highest standards of operational efficiency.
With a significant portfolio encompassing 30 diverse companies, you will ensure payroll operations, accuracy, and statutory compliance.
You will be entrusted with guiding a dedicated team of 6 Payroll administrators toward impactful process improvements and championing their professional advancement.
Core Responsibilities:
- Uphold Operational Excellence: Direct US Payroll operations with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all timelines and protocols.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills with an ability to lead complex payroll projects from conception through successful execution.
- Drive Collaborative Success: Foster strong working relationships with Human Resources and Finance teams across all brands to deliver on all payroll initiatives. Act as a strategic partner in providing expert advice and coaching on payroll practices that enhance brand operations.
- Ensure Tax Compliance: Diligently monitor and adhere to tax legislation to ensure accurate reporting and correct filing procedures are consistently applied, in conjunction with our external tax filing partner.
- Build Operational Continuity: Implement cross-training strategies that support consistent service delivery across all entities.
- Champion Process Innovation: Regularly evaluate existing procedures for opportunities for refinement and streamlining.
- Lead With Technological Aptitude: Play a key role in partnering with technology teams to facilitate and contribute to system upgrades and the adoption of new technological solutions within payroll operations.
- Advancing Talent Development: Guide your team to achieve consistent growth and improvement by offering a balanced blend of coaching, in-house product training and access to specialized vendor training. We aim to boost professional skills and foster personal development and career progression.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) credentials and your experience spanning 7-10 years at the forefront of managing teams within a dynamic managerial setting uniquely positions you for success in the role.
Skill Set Expectations:
Proficiency in UKG Pro is essential; familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is strongly valued, especially regarding Canadian payroll protocols. You must possess an in depth understanding of federal and state wage regulations within the U.S., coupled with solid accounting principles specific to payroll processing.
Demonstrated leadership skills are key—you should be adept at nurturing talent within a shared services framework. A history of successful UAT coordination further illustrates your ability to oversee critical system implementations effectively.

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $150k-$180k.
