Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll & Benefits Administration Specialist to join our European Payroll Team. In this role, you will oversee payroll and benefits operations for Poland, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will collaborate with external providers, support internal teams, and contribute to global projects within the Payroll & Benefits area.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits processes for Poland.
Partner with an external payroll provider to process salaries for 1,400 plus employees.
Verify payroll calculations and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.
Support and coordinate tasks within the Polish payroll team.
Oversee benefits administration and manage vendor relationships.
Ensure proper storage and maintenance of payroll documentation in line with regulations.
Liaise with ZUS, Tax Office, and other institutions as required.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Collaborate with the HR Risk team to ensure process integrity.
Monitor and manage the employee query system.
Drive improvements in payroll and benefits processes.
Handle internal and external inquiries (reporting, analysis, task execution).
Work closely with the European Payroll Team and contribute to global projects.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law, tax regulations, and social security; familiarity with European payroll regulations is a plus.
Experience working with external payroll providers is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of Workday is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
