As our Senior Payroll Analyst (Global), you’ll support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations. Partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party providers, you’ll help manage complex payroll processes, reconciliations, audits, and country-specific requirements while contributing to the continued improvement and automation of our global payroll systems.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders including People & Culture, Benefits/Total Rewards, and accounting teams to ensure proper flow and maintenance of all payroll and contractor data in coordination with standard operating procedures and with support from Manager, Global Payroll Operations
- Train and participate in platform systems and software to implement and support payroll entries and automation
- Review and audit global payroll output reports and bank files and coordinate with to ensure timely transfer of funding net payments and statutory tax and benefit payments
- Review and reconcile payroll estimates and actuals files in coordination and support of treasury team
- Coordinate with third party vendors on all audits and coordinate with team on required documentation and supports
- Review and update country compliance changes for payroll taxation and reporting with Manager oversight
- Reconcile and audit payroll output reports including funding invoices, statutory tax, and compliance reporting and coordinate with payroll accountant
- Research and resolve employee payroll related questions
- 5-7 years in payroll and payroll tax accounting process
- Experience working with third-party payroll platforms such as Dayforce or ADP as well as in-country partners
- 5-7 years’ experience in statutory audits, tax filings and pension compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to manage complex reconciliations
- Ability to work independently and manage complex payroll matters
- Advanced skills with MS Office including exceptional Excel experience
