Title and Summary
Lead, Network Data Engineer
The Global Network Engineering team is responsible for: supporting and assisting in the design, architecture, implementation, security, and ongoing support of large-scale, multi-site, multi-vendor MPLS network environments.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards using tools such as Domo and Power BI.• Analyze network operations and monitoring data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.• Define, track, and report KPIs and operational metrics for Network leadership.• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights, reports, and visualizations.• Drive automation of manual reporting processes through data extraction, transformation, integration, and scripting.
Design and develop ETL workflows to onboard new data sources and improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
Preferred Skills and Experience• Experience with BI and data visualization platforms such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.• Strong proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting.• Experience working with large datasets, operational metrics, and KPI reporting.• Strong ETL workflow development experience.• Knowledge of Python or similar programming languages for automation and data processing is a plus.
Experience in network operations, infrastructure, or technology environments would be an advantage.
