About the role
As Daxko's Senior Payroll Administrator, you'll own U.S. payroll from end to end, making sure every teammate gets paid accurately and on time, every time. You'll report to the SVP of People and work closely with People Operations, Finance, and Business Systems to keep payroll running smoothly as Daxko grows. What you'll do
- Own the full U.S. payroll cycle, managing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across every federal, state, and local requirement
- Lead payroll operations in UKG, including system configuration, audits, and ongoing optimization
- Manage multi-state payroll tax compliance, including unemployment and income tax filings
- Run year-end payroll close, covering reconciliations, reporting, and compliance deliverables
- Turn payroll data into clear insights, building dashboards and reports that help leaders make better decisions
- Guide payroll integration during acquisitions, keeping systems aligned and transitions smooth
- Serve as the go-to resource for payroll questions, giving employees and internal partners clear, fast answers

Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the skills and competencies needed for the role. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.
The pay range for this role is $70,400 – $125,000 per year.
