Own and develop scalable .NET Core backend services and REST APIs for a multi-tenant fitness platform. Responsibilities include MySQL schema and query optimization, Kafka event-driven integrations, secure API architecture, automated testing, technical leadership, code reviews, and solving complex backend problems. The role also involves responsible use of AI coding tools and collaboration supporting Angular and Flutter applications.

Own and grow a portfolio of B2B customer accounts through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Build executive relationships, understand customer needs, conduct demos and presentations, negotiate agreements, prepare proposals and contracts, and identify referrals. Collaborate with product and marketing teams by sharing customer feedback. Success requires consultative selling, strong communication, organization, target attainment, and Salesforce experience.

Produce high-quality video content from concept to delivery for social, paid, and web. Select formats/tools, design motion graphics, use AI to scale workflows, ensure brand compliance, track performance, and manage multiple projects.

Design, build, and modernize full-stack features: REST APIs in Java/Spring Boot, data access and SQL Server performance, React/TypeScript frontend in a pnpm monorepo, legacy ColdFusion migration, containerized deployments on AWS/Kubernetes, and testing across unit, integration, and UI layers.
