Job DescriptionAt the heart of our eCommerce business, you’ll ensure payments run seamlessly while building the foundations to become a true payments expert.
From day one, you’ll help drive performance, improve customer experience, and shape how we scale payments globally.
What you’ll do
- Keep our payment systems stable, fast, and reliable across all markets
- Monitor KPIs (conversion, authorisation, errors) and act before issues escalate
- Partner with Product, Finance, and Customer Care to solve real business challenges
- Collaborate with PSPs, acquirers, and payment partners
- Analyse data to uncover performance and cost optimisation opportunities
- Support root cause analysis and drive resolution across teams
- Contribute to dashboards, reporting, and performance reviews
- Step into projects, ownership, and strategic initiatives
What you bring
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data
- First exposure to eCommerce or payments (cards, PSPs, APMs)
- Solid Excel skills; SQL or BI tools are a plus
- Structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Curiosity, ownership, and a drive to learn fast
- Ability to work across teams and translate complexity into action
