Conduct qualitative UX research for pet e-commerce customers through interviews, usability testing, concept validation, diary studies, and contextual research. Fluency in French or German and professional English are required.

Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for SEO, product content, metadata, media, and discoverability platforms. Lead development of scalable backend capabilities, faceted navigation, structured data, crawling, indexing, automation, and AI-supported enrichment. Collaborate with SEO, content, shop operations, product, data, engineering, and business stakeholders. Manage agile delivery, ceremonies, stakeholder alignment, platform adoption, metadata quality, operational efficiency, and discoverability KPIs.

Lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives improving product availability, inventory health, forecasting, replenishment, vendor collaboration, and logistics cost efficiency. Shape the forecasting, planning, and replenishment roadmap; coordinate execution across procurement, logistics, technology, pricing, and vendor management; sponsor EDI implementation; and drive automation and process improvements using data and analytics.

Support two to three executive committee members by managing complex calendars, meetings, domestic and international travel, expenses, correspondence, stakeholder relationships, and confidential information. Coordinate leadership events, track meeting actions, collaborate with other executive assistants, and provide coverage during absences. The role requires proactive independent work, strong organisation, discretion, and fluent English and German in a hybrid Munich-based environment.

Design, develop, and maintain linear and mixed-integer optimization models for outbound logistics. Analyze data, run simulations, and deliver actionable insights to engineering, product, and operations stakeholders. Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Ensure production solutions meet quality and performance standards through validation and monitoring.

Develop and maintain linear and mixed-integer optimization models for outbound logistics planning. Analyze data, run simulations, present actionable insights, and integrate optimization solutions into production. Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations stakeholders while ensuring solution quality and performance.

Drive Generative AI and creative automation across the Design organization. Define strategy, implement AI-powered creative workflows, scale asset production and localization, establish governance and prompt libraries, develop testing frameworks, monitor performance metrics, and lead adoption across Design, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams.

Develops data-driven decision-support tools, optimization models, algorithms, and AI-based solutions for assortment, allocation, procurement, replenishment, and inventory operations. Analyzes complex datasets, improves automation and scalability, and provides actionable insights to stakeholders and executives. The role requires expertise in mathematical modeling, optimization, simulation, Python, SQL, Excel, and operations research methods.

Manage inventory accuracy across warehouses, 3PL partners, systems, and digital listings. Define and improve inventory processes, resolve discrepancies and WMS/interface issues, support SAP MM-IM rollouts, and own financial closing for in-transit inventory. Conduct audits, reconcile returns and damages, analyze variances, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires several years of inventory or supply chain experience and is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid work.
