What You'll Do
- Own and continuously optimize the PAT asset strategy, including criticality assessments and FMEA in our APM system
- Serve as the primary technical contact for production on all PAT-related matters
- Lead on-site troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and defect elimination for analyzer failures
- Represent PAT in Capex projects to ensure design for reliability (DfR)
- Support and coordinate Turnaround (TA) planning and execution
- Ensure legal inspection compliance and drive FAM cost control
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or above in Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field
- 8+ years of hands-on PAT/instrumentation maintenance experience in the chemical or petrochemical industry
- Deep technical expertise in process analyzers (chromatographs, spectrometers, online analyzers), automation systems, and relevant GB/IEC standards
- Proven leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and moderately complex projects
- Familiarity with digital tools such as SAP PM, OSIsoft PI, or equivalent systems in process plant environment
- Strong English and Mandarin communication skills
- High safety awareness and a continuous improvement mindset
