Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Partnerships GTM Manager to join our fast-growing Partnerships GTM Team. This pivotal team is focused on maintaining our partner programs’ global leadership position, enabling partner ecosystem growth and driving strategic initiatives within the Partnerships Group.
You will be responsible for leading business critical programmatic pillars and projects assigned over time, while also maintaining & developing our highly strategic Service Partner Program - enabling expert services delivery by our partners to customers all over the world.
About The Role
- Quickly learn new topics and independently lead business critical GTM pillars and projects assigned. This role is dynamic and its scope will vary from time to time depending on business needs.
- Manage and proactively develop our partner program frameworks, including program branding, documentation, infra and processes. An example could be maintaining our Service Partner Program’s world-class status and constantly enhancing it.
- Work cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders to create a unified plan and implement our strategy into the programs.
- Develop cadences with the Partnerships & Services leadership and top partners to collect feedback and share program progress.
- Identify optimization opportunities and inefficiencies in our partner programs and act on them.
- Enforce accountability and alignment of internal stakeholders and partners with our partner programs.
- Stay up-to-date on partner program trends and best practices, and keep our programs on par with industry benchmarks.
- Take the extra mile to be a supportive team member and contribute to bettering the Partnerships GTM Team
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in GTM Strategy, complex cross-team/company project management, and global programs - Must
- 1-2 years experience in managing or supporting Channel Partners/Resellers/Service Partners - big advantage
- Languages: native English level with excellent writing and oral skills - must!
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of taking complex projects/initiatives from A to Z, while operating autonomously and effectively across multiple teams
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment
- Strong methodological thinking, and familiarity with program management best practices
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of quickly identifying and resolving issues, making informed decisions, and adapting plans as necessary
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a track record of delivering results
- People person and a team player with a "can-do" attitude
