At Xero, we’re here to help you supercharge your business.
The Role

The role & it's impact:

As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will take full ownership of a diverse territory, managing your own book of business in this pivotal role accelerating the growth of our largest and most complex accounting and bookkeeping Partners across Brisbane.
Your mission is to move beyond transactional interactions, instead acting as a trusted advisor who challenges current thinking and helps firms unlock the full potential of the Xero ecosystem to drive sustainable and continued revenue. By facilitating growth through strategic guidance and education, you ensure these essential Partners successfully embed Xero's Practice Tools to deliver beautiful results for their business and small business clients.

The team & how they connect:

You will join a collaborative Partner Success team of 8, all working closely with our Partner Consulting team to ensure our firms receive a seamless experience, combining technical expertise with strategic relationship management to meet collective territory goals. We value transparency and diverse perspectives, working as a coordinated unit to make a genuine difference for our partners.

Initially, you will focus on:

  • Partnering with a selection of large, complex accounting and bookkeeping firms to develop bespoke strategies that increase their revenue, promote digital adoption, and ensure they are getting the most out of the Xero Partner Program.

  • Build and execute a comprehensive territory plan, focusing on identifying opportunities for plan upgrades and increasing the attachment of integrated payment services and adjacent products.

  • Designing and delivering engaging presentations for Xero Partner events, webinars, and roadshows to educate Partners on the benefits of our Practice Tools and our wider Xero ecosystem.

  • Proactively managing Partner health by using Salesforce to track activity, mitigate deletion risks, and ensure every firm in your book of business has a clear path toward reaching their growth and efficiency targets.

Where and how you can work

This role is based in Brisbane to cover the Brisbane CBD and Northern Queensland territory. We embrace a hybrid working model that balances the flexibility of remote work with 'boost days' in the office to foster connection and collaboration. As this role looks after Partners across Brisbane - travel for face-to-face meetings and major Xero events is essential.

Here are some of the things we are looking for

  • You bring a proven track record in relationship management or sales within the technology or SaaS sectors, ideally with an understanding of how accounting practices operate.

  • Your storytelling ability allows you to communicate complex value propositions clearly, whether you are presenting to C-suite stakeholders or speaking with decision makers.

  • You possess the natural initiative to work autonomously while managing a large book of business with multiple stakeholder layers.

  • A results-oriented mindset is part of your professional DNA, helping you to consistently meet targets through strategic planning and persistence.

  • You have a genuine passion for the online accounting market and an interest in how emerging technology can transform traditional business models.

Please note: This is a 13 month contract role.

At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team so we encourage you to apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match!
